Fire Sprinklers Types:
Standard Response Sprinklers: This are the most common type of sprinklers, usually used for commercial and residential applications.
Early Suppression, Fast Response (ESFR) Sprinklers: ESFR sprinklers are specifically engineered for high-challenge fire hazards, such as warehouses and storage facilities. They deliver a high volume of water in a short amount of time, quickly suppressing fires and preventing their escalation.
Extended Coverage Sprinklers: These sprinklers are designed to cover larger areas with fewer heads, making them suitable for open spaces.
Control Mode Sprinklers: Control mode sprinklers are utilized in specialized applications where fire suppression needs to be carefully controlled, such as in data centers or museums. They offer precise control over water discharge, helping to protect sensitive equipment or artifacts.
Extra-Large Orifice (ELO) Sprinklers: ELO sprinklers are designed to deliver a higher flow rate of water, making them suitable for protecting high-challenge fire hazards with limited water supply. They are commonly used in areas with low water pressure or where water distribution is a concern.
